Frequently Asked Questions

Can you stay in a summer house/holiday home in Denmark? If you live in Denmark, you are still allowed to stay in a summer house. Compared to many other types of vacations, we consider a stay in a summer house to be very safe, as you will be staying in a house in the middle of nature, and you can decide to what extent you want contact with other people.

How is the cleaning handled in the summer houses? Due to Covid-19, we have introduced a number of additional cleaning measures to reduce the risk of infection. This includes disinfecting handles and table surfaces with each cleaning.

What are the cancellation policies? The normal cancellation policies are listed on our website and in our rental terms. Unless other special rules are specified, these conditions apply.

If the above does not answer my question, how can I contact you? You can reach us at the office during our regular opening hours. During these times, you can call us. Additionally, we can of course also be contacted by email at: post@vejers.com.
